First of all, Athens is such a beautifully amazing city!! The history and the culture are so rich; so is the food. I’m feeling the food so far. The people I have interacted with have been kind, even when showing me disrespect. No, I dont know how that works so dont ask. For those that don’t know, Greece is in the middle of a…im not sure what to call it; revolution, uprising, civil war? I duno. One of the crazy side effects of this is that homeless people are actually sitting IN FRONT of vacant housing structures asking for a place to sleep. What!?!? As I sit atop this beautiful city, I easily observe the dozens of completely vacant towers of condos and apartments. Walking the street, I notice all the homeless people and I asked some locals, “why does this happen? how do they have nowhere to sleep when there are all these empty buildings?” The answer is, all of the empty towers used to be used for gov’t workers prior to the fighting, and when the people tried to usher in the homeless, riots broke out. The government wouldn’t allow anyone else to occupy these now derelict buildings(which the gov’t plans never to use for itself). I got to see officers and self-proclaimed Anarchists, police vehicles & graffiti, secret service & secret “gangs”or freedom groups. While likely dangerous, being here seeing this is so very eye opening and has made me appreciate the beauty of community. Small groups of people helping eachother, leaning on eachother to survive. This is my definition of CrazyBeautiful.

Well it aint quite what I expected. Had a very non-warm welcome(coming in pt.2). My first thought was how are people in such a cold gloomy city so chill? I’ve met so many nice people and am actually surprised. First round here is catching up on all the sleep that was skipped over then going off to see London and Westminster. Truly beautiful cities! I appreciate the upkeep of history and culture. The older buildings are just so beautiful to see. I tell ya though, this city is filled to the brim with cameras!! They literally have cameras watching other cameras; I assume this is to make sure the 1st camera isn’t tampered with. One huge reality to which I was immediately presented is the decreasing value of the U. S. Dollar. I was absolutely shocked to learn that I brought what equaled about half of the money or value of the money that I thought I brought…..Still not sure how I feel and what I think about this place, but I’m leaving room for it to grow on me.

You can’t leave enslavement if you don’t know you’re enslaved! Below you will find quotes from Jesus (who’s only act of recorded aggression was directed towards “moneychangers”), Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Andrew Jackson and others on the topic of money. Do you know why the Roman Empire is no more? A Central banking system destroyed the plethora of wealth and stability thus sending Rome into Ruins.

What arrogant empire had seen it’s best days and is set for ruin like the plethora of dynasties and great empires prior? Bet you know that answer!

Something we’ve seen time and time again. Through panic and strategic expansion/contraction of currency, Private Bankers have bullied laws though congress granting additional control to a private held company that is the definition of a monopoly. The Federal Reserve Bank. Sharing the strategy on how to manipulate the American Economy, in an American Bankers Association Memo Quote:

“On Sept 1, 1894, we will not review our loans under any consideration. On September 1, we will demand our money. We will foreclose and become mortgagess in possession. We can take two-thirds of the farmers west of the Mississippi, and thousands East as well, at our own price, Then the farmers will become tenants as in England.” (Sound Familiar; Similar to what’s going on now? Sure it does, the most recent bailout went to BANKS!!! View the short videos for a quick and potent refresher) (Video: Link 1 , Link 2 | Text: Text )

Benjamin Franklin (on how money worked without the Bank of England):

“That is simple. In the Colonies we issue our own money. It is called Colonial Scrip. We issue it in proper proportion to the demands of trade and industry to make the products pass easily from the producers to the consumers. In this manner, creating for ourselves our own paper money, we control its purchasing power, and we have no interest to pay no one.”

James Garfield:
“Whoeover controls the volume of money in any country is absolute master of all industry and commerce… And when you realize that the entire system is very easily controlled, one way or another, by a few poweful men at the top, you will not have to be told how periods of inflation and depression originate.” Assassinated/killed/murdered/died (whatever you choose) within days of this statement.

Thomas Jefferson:
“If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”

Gouverneur Morris:
“The rich will strive to establish their dominion and enslave the rest. They always did…they always will. They will have the same effect here as elsewhere, if we do not, by the power of government, keep them in their proper spheres.”

Jesus:
Jesus is stated to have visited the Temple in Jerusalem, Herod’s Temple, at which the courtyard is described as being filled with livestock and the tables of the money changers, who changed the standard Greek and Roman money for Jewish and Tyrian money, which were the only coinage that could be used in Temple ceremonies. Creating a whip from some cords, “he drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the changers’ money and overturned the tables. But he said to those who sold doves, “Get these out of here! Do not make My Father’s house a house of merchandise!”[Jn 2:13-16]

And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.
Matthew 21:12-13

Thomas Jefferson:
“I wish it were possible to obtain a single amendment to our constitution. I would be willing to depend on that alone for the reduction of the administration of our government to the genuine principles of its constitution; I mean an additional article, taking from the federal government the power of borrowing.”

Napolean Boneparte:
Bank of England funded by the Rothschilds killed Napolean Boneparte because he believed: “When a government is dependent upon bankers for money, they and not the leaders of the government control the situation, since the hand that gives is above the hand that takes. Money has no motherland; financiers are without patriotism and without decency; their sole object is gain.” – Napoleon Bonaparte

Andrew Jackson ( Click for Source)
President Jackson ended the central bank during his presidency. When the charter was presented to him, he vetoed it with the following as a note:

“It is not our own citizens only who are to receive the bounty of our Government. More than eight millions of the stock of this bank are held by foreigners…. Is there no danger to our liberty and independence in a bank that in its nature has so little to bind it to our country? ….Controlling our currency, receiving our public moneys, and holding thousands of our citizens in dependence …. would be more formidable and dangerous than a military power of the enemy……If [government] would confine itself to equal protection, and, as Heaven does its rains, shower its favor alike on the high and the low, the rich and the poor, it would be an unqualified blessing. In the act before me, there seems to be a wide and unnecessary departure from these just principles.”

Though Jackson ended the central bank, it was re-created in 1913 under a new innocuous-sounding name “The Federal Reserve”, which is still with us today. The Federal Reserve is a private monopoly on money printing which has never been audited, is the largest creditor of the United States and has no relationship with the Federal Government. If you look it up on the phone book it is not listed in the Federal/Government section… you will find it in the business section.

After assisting with the ushering in of the central bank

Salmon P. Chase (who is credited with co-founding JP Morgan Chase Bank stated):“My agency in promoting the passage of the National Banking Act was the greatest financial mistake in my life. It has built up a monopoly which affects every interest in the country.”

The following words are not my own, and the author is unknown…

One of the hardest things to do as a grown, “educated” adult is to learn from others. The inability to learn from others is what guarantees you will have a very childish perspective of the world. If the only books you’ve read were forced on you by the public education system, then your perspective is skewed. It was only when I expanded my realm of knowledge that I saw the world in a whole new way. I realized that there are recurring themes in history that humans consistently ignore because fundamentally, human nature never changes. No matter how much you warn people about the disaster that’s coming, they won’t listen. Call it what you may‐ naiveté, ignorance, or outright arrogance‐ but this is just my experience. By definition you must be humble to learn.

There is a psychological phenomenon that explains the human tendency towards disbelief and inaction: the normalcy bias. If people haven’t directly experienced an extreme event before, they are prone to believe that it can’t happen. The normalcy bias explains why people refused to evacuate their homes when Katrina was clearly going to leave a swath of destruction. The normalcy bias explains why most people get destroyed by hyperinflationary events. And the normalcy bias explains why people refuse to get out of their dollars to buy silver, buy gold. Most people alive never experienced a gold standard or a bond default; hence most people will be caught totally off‐guard by the events of the future. However, people really shouldn’t be caught off‐guard because governments historically never pay off their debts! They always default in some form.

Americans just can’t think from a global perspective. Sure the Bush tax cuts were extended, but corporate tax rates are still amongst the highest in the world. Do you wonder why industry is moving offshore? In addition, American income is taxed globally, no matter where income is earned. This mode of taxation is not the norm in history; in fact it shows our system badly needs restructuring. By any objective historical standard, current tax rates are “oppressive.”

Some people will argue that we are enjoying a rising standard of living. Ok, then why do both adults in the average household need to work now when only one person had to work before? A lot of our problems have been papered over. When the private sector couldn’t create jobs, the government stepped in as “the employer of last resort.” This is why you’ve seen a concurrent rise in the public sector and the national debt. This shell game can go on for quite some time, especially when demographic trends are on your side. But when demographic trends reverse and the debts are still lingering on your balance sheet, watch out: it is time to pay the piper.

Until events start unfolding more or less as I expect, most people will peruse this blog and think I am extreme. That’s fine, since my profits have been extreme as well. I know what my natural irrational human tendencies are, and I try my best to keep them at bay. The facts are always going to jump out at you if you allow them to. There will be even more political upheaval and social unrest moving forward. Times are changing, but historically, good things come out of times of change. We must go through our birth pains. Until then, you know what to do: buy gold, buy silver, and stay away from anything government.

Interview with a Producer/Writer/Musician

Read as Brandon “Blue” Hamilton talks about his career as a Producer/Writer/Musician. Find him at www.bassieblue.com and on the Twitter feed in the sidebar of this interview.

What do you do for a living?

I live by air, water, food, and love. Ha. As for working, I’d say I make people smile, professionally.

How would you describe what you do?

I create musical compositions for artists. I engineer recording sessions. I mix songs. I teach bass, piano, and composition (by way of music programming). I offer performances, both live and in studio, on bass, guitar, keys, & voice. Mostly, I talk & and encourage people.

What does your work entail?

My work takes a great deal of ‘people skills’. I’m always interacting with different personality types & seeing people on good days as well as bad. I use music to lift people’s energy. If it’s a more intimate setting like the studio or my office, it will entail talking, asking serious questions, and making jokes in order to enhance the results of learning or recording. If it’s on stage, it will entail me physically demonstrating through my movements; ‘feeling a song in my bones’ and of course playing as many proper notes as possible to encourage the listener/viewer to be a part of my/our experience on stage. My work also involves tons of homework, lots practice time, lots of bettering myself to produce better results, & lots of learning about people to evaluate how they intake and hold information. To be optimal, for me, involves sweating and working hard when no one is around so that when it’s game time, there are as few glitches on my part as possible. People expect me to always be on my game; to always deliver excellent results.

Jawbone made this thing easy to use, super portable, & gave it great sound. I’m really impressed by the sound quality. The Jambox maintains the stereo depth of professional quality recordings, and has the kind of low-end I would’ve never expected out of that little thing. I sat it on the table, streamed a bass heavy song from my phone, and the Jambox was shaking like crazy b/c it was outputting so much low-end. I could get used to having my Jambox with me everywhere I go.
